Sanjay Khanna hails from a family of lawyers; he graduated in Law and was also further admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a senior partner of M/s Ghosh Khanna & Co (GKC), Chartered Accountants, rendering professional services in the field ofCorporate tax, Assurance, Risk and Business Advisory Services etc. GKC has national presence having branches in major metros. GKC is also an associate of GMN International, UK and of Enterprise Network Inc., USA, both being leading Global Networks of Independent Accounting & Consulting Firms Worldwide.

Sanjay is also a Director of GKC Management Services Pvt. Ltd., a company which is engaged in providing HR, BPO and Management Services Pan India to domestic and multinational corporate. He is elected to lead his District as the District Governor for the year 2014–15, a rare honor that bestows upon him the responsibility of holding the highest office in Rotary in his District 3010
